Prepare a factual CV for a specific job application

A useful CV makes relevant experience easy to find. Begin with the vacancy and your actual work history, then keep the version sent with that application.

Before you begin

Install JobApply Studio from its official Chrome Web Store listing. Keep your vault passphrase and an encrypted backup; the developer cannot recover a lost passphrase.

Match the product to the task

Work through the steps

  1. Read the job location, requirements and application instructions. Save the vacancy and add your real employment, education and contact facts.
  2. Map each relevant requirement to evidence in your experience. Leave unsupported claims out. If using optional AI, review the selected input and every proposed statement before accepting it.
  3. Create a CV version for the vacancy and export PDF, DOCX or text as needed. Open the exported file and inspect dates, contact information, column order and links.
  4. Submit through the employer’s chosen route yourself. Record the application stage and the CV version you actually sent, then update the tracker when you receive a response.

Review the actual result

Check that every claim is true and the exported document is readable. A saved vacancy or a prepared CV is not a submitted application.

Limits to know

JobApply Studio does not send applications for you or provide a universal ATS score. No feature guarantees interviews or employment. Optional cloud AI uses your own provider key and separate usage charges.

Check the product website or official Store for current pricing and purchase options.
